Who?
International full degree students at VIA's campus Herning starting their studies fall 2024. The camp is unfortunately not available for exchange students.
Preliminary programme
- Day 1: Welcome and get to know each other, tour of campus, meet the city and the Danish associations life. Including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Day 2: Dare to Danish - Danish lessons, meet our career service center and alumni working in the Denmark and learn about Danish work culture and job market
- Day 3: Dare to Danish - Danish lessons, introduction to the classroom and teaching style at VIA and "hygge"

Housing
Housing during the camp is, as is the case during your studies at VIA, your own responsibility. Find information on housing options in each of our campus cities here.
Start looking for accommodation as soon as possible. Good options fill up quickly. You might be able to get the keys to your apartment before the September 1, please check out the possibility with the rental apartment.
Deadline
Deadline for registration is 7 August 2024
Fee
The registration fee for the camp is 45 EUR / 336 DKK and is to be paid after 28 July, when you know whether you have been admitted to your study programme.
* NB! VIA is entitled to cancel the camp if it has less than 30 registrants.
