How to apply for admission under qouta 2

When applying under quota 2, you must apply for the programmes that interest you no later than 15 March at 12:00 noon. 

If you are an applicant with international or foreign exam results you must apply for the programmes that interest you no later than 15 March at 12:00 noon. 

If you would like to apply under quota 2, check the admission requirements for the programmes that interest you under "Enrolment" on the programme's web page. Selection will be based on a holistic evaluation of your total qualifications that may include your examination results, business experience, etc. 

Deadlines for attachments under quota 2:

  • All of the activities you would like to have evaluated must be added to your application no later than 15 March at 12:00 noon.
  • All of the activities you have completed by 15 March MUST be documented before the application deadline. You must upload all of these attachments along with your application no later than 15 March at 12:00 noon.
  • Activities that will be completed after 15 March MUST also be added to the application, and the attachments should be uploaded as soon as the activity is completed, and no later than 5 July at 12:00 noon.
  • We will evaluate the attachments that you have uploaded on time. We will only remind you about documentation of the basic admission requirements. We will not remind you about any other documentation that may be missing.
  • You must not send attachments by postal mail.

Requirements for documentation of other activities:

  • We recommend using the Employer’s Declaration on Optagelse.dk

  • Kindly note that personal statements/recommendations can only be included if the following information is visible: job title, employment period, hours per week as well as employer’s signature.
  • As an alternative, you may upload a copy of the first and last pay check of the activity you wish to document.
