VIA educates nurses in Shanghai

Two senior lecturers from VIA educates 25 Shanghai nurses in rehabilitation and dementia. The course is part of an agreement between Shanghai Huangpu District and VIA.

Two senior lecturer from VIAs department of nursing are located in Shanghai for four weeks - and educates 25 nurses from Shanghai’s Huangpu District. The course strives to upgrade the nurses’ knowledge and competences with in dementia and rehabilitation after stroke.

Theoretical lecturers and “hands on” training is combined throughout the course. The courses takes place at Huangpu District’s community services centres with appropriate facilities on hand.

VIAs partner; Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences is also part of the training and one of their University lecturers makes sure that the translation from English to Chinese is smooth throughout the course.
