If you are a citizen from outside the EU/EEA and do not hold a valid permanent Danish residence permit, you are required to pay a 100 euro application fee before your application can be processed.
Please note that the application fee is required for all our full degree programmes.
When is the fee to be paid?
The application fee is to be paid at the time of application for one or more programmes at VIA University College in order to cover the expenses associated with processing your application. You only pay one application fee regardless of how many programmes you apply for.

How do you pay?
You pay the fee online by following the link below. Please note that your application will not be processed until you have paid the application fee in full and the fee has been registered correctly.

Will the fee be reimbursed?
Your application fee will be deducted from your tuition fee for the 1st semester if you accept an offer of admission from VIA University College.
If you decide to refuse an offer of admission or if you are not offered admission, your application fee will not be reimbursed.
If you decide to cancel your application at any time, the application fee will not be reimbursed.
