About Career Service Centre

  • Facts

Career Service Centre strengthens cooperation between businesses and students.

The primary task of Career Service Centre is to establish and strengthen cooperation between students from VIA Business’s more than 25 different programmes and businesses in a wide range of industries.

If your company is interested in knowing more about the skills our students possess and what tasks and challenges they can solve, then please contact us to hear more.

  • Businesses

    Students are business-ready and curious

Career Service Centre works closely with VIA Business Education Programme. Therefore, we can put you in touch with a student, who possesses the skills and interests that fit your business.

Would your business like to cooperate with a student?

There are many opportunities for cooperation with one or more students.

This could be in relation to:

    • a student internship
    • employing a student in a student job
    • establishing a joint-project with students

Company Dating – come and meet students from VIA Business

If you and your company would like to meet students in an informal setting, then Company Dating is a good option.

We hold Company Dating twice a year, in April and October, at VIA in Horsens.

The next Company Dating will be held on October 3, 2018.

Here you have the opportunity to meet a wide range of both Danish and international students from VIA Business. The students are usually curious to hear about opportunities for participating in projects, internships and student jobs.

At the same time, Company Dating is a good opportunity for presenting your business to the students and explaining what you work with and how you work.

If you are interested in participating in Company Dating, please feel free to contact us.

    International students provide unique opportunities

Almost half of VIA Business’s 5,000 students are international students. They attend VIA's English-language educational programmes and come from more than 50 different countries.

International students provide your business with unique opportunities; for example, if you want to carry out market analysis in an Eastern European country, run a promotion in southern Europe or find suppliers in Germany.
