Short description:
The project’s objective is to test and develop a method that can support the retention of international talent across regional borders, based on the journey of international talent with a focus on activities that can bridge the gap between international talent and the business community. By establishing a strong partnership between educational institutions, business organizations, and private and public actors in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, we will develop a method that can be used across different types of organizations and nations.

Role of VIA University College:
As a project partner, VIA contributes expertise in international student retention and supports the development and testing of cross border methods that strengthen the link between international talent and the Scandinavian labour market.
