VIA’s Onboarding Camp is a unique opportunity to prepare for your studies, life and future career in Denmark. Join the camp for the best beginning to your new everyday life in Denmark, get ahead academically, while getting to know your new city and fellow international students.

About the camps

Content
VIA's Onboarding Camps 2023 will take place on Campus Horsens and Campus Herning and will include an introduction to life in Danmark as well as social events.

Specific programmes will be announced in the late spring of 2023.

Housing

Housing during the camp is, as is the case during your studies at VIA, your own responsibility. Find information on housing options in each of our campus cities here.
Start looking for accommodation as soon as possible. Good options fill up quickly.

Q&A session

In June, we will host a Q&A session on the Onboarding Camps. Date and registration pending.

* NB! VIA is entitled to cancel the camp if it has less than 30 registrants.
How to register

Registration for Onboarding Camp 2023 will open late spring. Keep an eye on this page.

Places at VIA’s Onboarding Camp are limited and awarded on first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your place, please fill in the form above. You can pay the entrance fee now or, wait until you have received your admittance letter and accepted your study place

When your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with payment information. Your place at the camp is secured once you have paid the entrance fee.

Note: In case you are not accepted at VIA, your entrance fee will be refunded.
