Meet Lea who went to VIA Summer School

Lea from Germany studies International Health Sciences at her home university and attended the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and Co-creation summer school.

United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and Co-creation is a summer school programme aimed at all students interested in working with sustainability. This could be environmental, social or economic sustainability. The students work together in groups and are paired with a local business or organisation who has a challenge that they want a sustainable solution to.

New perspectives

Lea from Germany studies International Health Sciences at her home university and enjoyed getting to know the Danish educational system with an informal teaching environment and new, creative ways of solving problems. She also found it very easy to make new friends and enjoyed the social programme with trips around the city of Aarhus and to the sea.

Just do it! Eventhough nobody else from your class is going. You will get to meet so many great people and it's just a great experience
