We are looking forward to see you at the staff week with focus on cultural diversity, the Danish model of welfare, and view on education, didactics and communication. Internationalisation at home and abroad will also be an important part of this staff week, as well as showing you our campus placed in a rural area.
The staff week is designed primarily for higher education professionals (teachers/lecturers and administrative staff) within different fields of study. Activities will be conducted in education specific groups as well as inter professionally. This will give you the possibility to share experiences and be inspired in your own study and across study borders and different cultures.

Location: Campus Holstebro, which has the following fields of study: healthcare, social work, construction management, and social education.

During the week, you will have the opportunity to be part of teaching in classrooms, join lectures from a Danish perspective and learn more about administrative job shadowing.
Throughout the week, you will have the opportunity to network, share experiences and cooperate with staff from other fields of education. We will provide possibilities to visit local institutions and businesses. One of the evenings, we will invite you to a social dinner with local food. On the last day of your visit, you will be invited to observe how our International Day with participation from students takes place on campus. We will arrange a marketplace for presenting international exchange and cooperation possibilities amongst the attendees in the staff week. This will give you the chance to present and promote your home institution to the other attendees at staff week. There might also be some students, who will come by. Please bring flyers, pictures, and other relevant materials.
Finally – yet important, we have organised a programme that offers you some social and cultural events with colleagues from an international range of institutions to make the most of your stay with us in the lovely city of Holstebro.
Breakfast and lunch Tuesday 19 November will be free of charge. Other meals and accommodation are at your own expense.
