You will gain an in-depth understanding of machine design and mechanics. Through a range of courses, you will develop strong skills in statics and strength of materials, enabling you to analyse and dimension products, machinery and production equipment within industrial contexts.

At the same time, you will learn to construct, design and manufacture industrial products with a focus on environmental awareness and sustainability. For example, a semester project – carried out in groups – could involve designing a new product within welfare technology. You would also develop an international marketing plan for your product and present it to potential clients in a company. This ensures that, as a student, you apply your knowledge in a practical, real-world context.
