During their first semester of the Design and Business programme, the group worked on an assignment from the course “Design for change”. Here, they were asked to come up with a business idea based on one or more of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). That led the to the idea “Back in Cycle”. The group wanted to eliminate the amount of unused bicycles in Denmark that turn into waste, while also providing students with an affordable transportation option.
