Doina chose to study in Denmark, because she is impressed with the life style in the country and like that the Danes are open towards internationals, while Maria was intrigued by the combination on creativity and more technical aspects at the Branding and Marketing Management speciality.
Creative and vibrant study environment
Students at the Design and Business study programme chose a speciality, Branding and Marketing Management, Fashion Design, or Entrepreneurship and Innovation, but are encouraged to mix with students from other specialities and also sometimes have classes together. This results in a creative and vibrant study environment, including all aspects of the fashion and lifestyle industries and reflecting the reality graduates are going to meet in their future jobs.
Doina and Maria agrees that the teaching style is very different from what they are used to in Moldova - more informal and includes more practical assignments and group work. In addition, they found lots of great inspiration for future projects from study trips to New York and fashion week in Milan.
Neurolab and Friday bar
One of the great things of being a student at Branding and Marketing Management, is the opportunity to take advantage of the great facilities on campus - whether it being the neurolab for website and add analysis or the Friday bar after school for some Danish hygge!
After my internship, I got the opportunity to stay, and now I have a student job as social media manager at my internship host Doina, Branding and Marketing Management student
