21-year old Tereza Rafajová knew she wanted to study in Denmark, but was not sure which school to chose, so she signed up for Student for a Day at VIA's Campus Horsens. This gave her the opportunity to see the school, see the city and explore a bit of Denmark. "When I experienced Student for a Day, I was sure that I wanted to go to VIA. She really enjoys life as an international student - meeting new people, learning about their stories and cultures - but also, practising her English and learning other new languages.

Student job at The LEGO Group
Tereza has been a fan of LEGOS since she was a child and always dreamt of working there. At her third semester she got the chance to meet The LEGO Group at one of VIA Career Service Centre's recurring Meet the Company events. After the meeting, she was invited for an interview at the LEGO headquarters in Billund, Denmark and now has a student job in the Supply and Demand Technology department, earning her priceless experience before even finishing her studies.
