Online events

Online Open House

Twice a year, we host online open house events, where you can meet current international students and staff from our international office as well as our study programmes.

The next Online Open House is 16 February 2026, 5-6 PM.


How to apply webinar

Each year in February, as we open up for admissions for the following academic year, you can join our How to Apply webinar. Here, our experienced admissions counsellors will take you through the admissions process step-by-step and answer any questions you may have.

The next How to apply webinar is 3 February 2026, 4.30-5.30 PM 

Pre-arrival Q&A session

Once you have been admitted to VIA, your planning process begins. What will it be like to live and study in Denmark? Which papers do I need to prepare? How do I find a place to live?
Join this online session with our international office in August to get all the answers.

Date and sign up will be available in June 2025.


Meet us in person

If you have the option of travelling to Denmark, we highly recommend that you join one of our options for seeing your potential future campus in person.

Open house on campus

18 February you can visit our campuses in Horsens and Herning. Here, you have to opportunity to see your potential campus with your own eyes, sense the vibe, meet our study programmes and current students. Student for a day

It is possible to become student for a day at some of our programmes to experience everyday life on campus to find out whether the programme and study environment is the right fit for you.
